Women of Color often struggle with seeing their value and therefore stay on the sidelines of their own business, lives, and careers. The Value & Visibility Summit is curated for Black Women and Women of Color who are ready to embrace their power and be seen by themselves, their partners, family, co-workers, employees, and more.

They are expected to be the champions of diversity and inclusion while simultaneously performing their initial job duties and responsibilities, and then coming home to use whatever energy they can muster to focus on their business, family, or both.
