Camille A. Thomas | Founder & CEO
Camille A. Thomas is a certified coach, serial entrepreneur, and world traveler with over 10 years of experience driving results. After starting her career in community and public health, she began working in the corporate sector. Camille became a certified personal and professional life coach in 2009 and she founded the Vision Investment Coaching and Consulting firm in 2015. She has coached and consulted over 5,000 employees and executives in various positions at Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies, philanthropic organizations, government agencies, and small businesses throughout the United States and around the world. Camille made it her life’s work to help women realign their vision and renew their confidence to move forward and take action to experience their desired results.
Camille is the co-founder of Fearless Commerce, a platform that elevates Black women business owners, and is also the founder of The Activate Network, a global community that supports the success and excellence of powerful women business owners of color. She is an author, a voice-over artist, and former radio show co-host, and the voice behind the guided affirmation entitled Remember. Camille is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, she consistently volunteers locally and internationally and has served on several nonprofit boards.
Camille has a passion for international travel and has traveled to and lived in many countries around the world. She’s been featured many times on the news and radio, recognized as a Young Entrepreneur Under 35 by the Minnesota Business Magazine, selected as a 2018 Women in Business honoree by the Minnesota Business Journal, featured on Bloomberg and other major platforms for her work.

Char Dobbs | COO
Char Dobbs is a strategic consultant who helps entrepreneurs find the intersection of purposeful profit and authentic alignment. Having worked as an engineer, entrepreneur, supply chain manager, and personal branding specialist, she recognizes that both passion and strategy are crucial components of lasting success.
Observant but personable, Char has a knack for empowering her clients to cut through the clutter to make priority pivots, leading them toward more clarity, impact, and profit in their endeavors. She leverages her operational acumen to develop actionable pivot plans that encompass her clients’ short- and long-term goals, culminating in sustainable growth and rewarding results.
She firmly believes that helping visionaries, leaders, and organizations, through the transformative work of embracing their purpose and power unlocks their potential to prosper and thrive.
The Why Behind the Activate Network
Black Women and Women of Color are stressed and overwhelmed from living up to Society’s stereotypes; being strong-minded, mom, provider, businesswoman, professional, partner, the list goes on and on. In this space, they are operating in survival mode, which over time is not suitable for the mind, body, and soul. In fact, 50% of Women of Color professionals plan their two-year good-bye corporate strategy from feeling burned out, undervalued, and unheard.
